TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Advertiser– means the individual or entity listed on the front page of this agreement.
Advertiser – Agrees to make on time payments as per the “Payment Terms”
Advertiser- Agrees to pay in full prior to receiving the free video promo.
Advertiser- Agrees to approve their creative in a timely manner prior to any live upload. It is the
responsibility of the advertiser to communicate with Myca Mack Beauty regarding content.
Advertiser- Gives Myca Mack Beauty permission to use there logo and supported Content.
Advertiser- Gives Myca Mack Beauty permission to use their ad on sales flyers/website/POP used for
advertising and promo Myca Mack Beauty.

Myca Mack Beauty, LLC (Here After known as Myca Mack Beauty)
 Myca Mack Beauty has the right to refuse unacceptable advertising –reserves the right to refuse any advertisement it
deems inappropriate or that does not conform to its graphic specifications.
 Myca Mack Beauty agrees to extend the term of advertising to the advertiser if there is any disruption in playback.
 Myca Mack Beauty reserves the right to temporarily convert all digital displays to “Amber Alert” screens with out notice to
the advertiser. (Advertisements will be extended and communication will be done by way of email)
 Myca Mack Beauty reserves the right to use the digital sign for 48 hours per year for charitable events.
 Myca Mack Beauty agrees to promote the advertiser in a positive professional manner at all times
